     In this book, a girl finds an abandoned dog. The dog is very dirty and always barks, so no one takes care of the dog. At first, the girl is afraid of the dog, too. But after she meets the dog for many times, she comes to get along with the dog. Then, she takes the dog to her house and asks her mother to allow her to take care of the dog at home.
