"POLICE IN ABERDEEN FIND BANK MONEY"

One day, Martin and his sister Pam are in Cambridge for a day.
Pam likes taking photos and sometimes they are very good.
She takes many photos. After that, there is a film left.
She takes a photo of Martin.
But then, a man with big rucksack on his back walks between Pam and Martin and Pam takes a picture of that man.
They are very sad.
But the picture of a man is very important and helpful.
Why?? Who is that man?
