I'm a good surfer - I know it - one good wave and I'll be first. Perhaps I can win that prize and get to Australia!Nick is sixteen. Now he really wants to go to Australia to take part in surfing competition. But his parents want him to go to college before going there.
Also, Nick doesn't have enough money to go there.
One day, he is on the beach to practice surfing. There are some Australians for the surf and for the big surfing competition there.
Then, he meets Janelle. She suggest to Nick to take part in the competition on Saturday whose the first prize is a thousand pounds.
Nick decides to do that to get money for his plan.
Will Nick win the competition on Saturday?
Will he be able to go to Australia?
Will his parents agree with his plan?
